**Home | Work With Me | Meet Jennifer**

I work individually with people who want to better understand what’s going on, make sense of something that isn’t working, or make changes that feel genuinely useful in their lives.
My professional background is in nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior change.
I hold a Master of Science in Functional Human Nutrition and am a CNS candidate, currently practicing under LDN supervision.
I’m interested in understanding before prescribing. That means paying attention to patterns, context, physiology when it’s relevant, and the person experiencing all of it.
Sometimes the work begins with a specific nutrition or health concern. Sometimes it begins with a behavior, a pattern, or a problem that is harder to categorize.
Either way, we start with where you are.
There was a period in my life when the strategies I relied on stopped working, and I didn’t understand why.
I was accustomed to believing that if something wasn’t working, I needed to try harder, be more disciplined, or find a better plan.
Eventually, I began questioning that assumption.
What I learned wasn’t simply about discipline or motivation. It was about physiology, cumulative stress, habits, expectations, and needs I hadn’t been paying attention to.
That shift in understanding changed both my own life and the way I work today.
What finally shifted wasn’t dramatic. It was a quiet decision.
I just wanted to feel better.
Not perfect. Not smaller. Not disciplined. Just better.
